A festival experience to celebrate the milestone and communicate Primark’s exciting plans for the future with its 80,000+ employees.
How We Proved It.
We created an immersive festival experience unlike any other. The event spanned three venues and included talks, tech & exploration spaces, a fashion show and much more to entertain and educate over 1,000 senior Primark employees. The livestream and content from the experience was distributed to over 70,000 Primark employees globally.
The Proof.The percentage of attendees who said they understood the company strategy went from 62% before the event to 98% after the event. There were similar increases in ability to communicate the company strategy (54% to 90%) and understanding their team’s role (from 75% to 95%).
